Pre-weakening breakout is often required as part of the preparation of a structure for explosive demolition and we are aware that this specialist area of work can cause concern.
Precision Demolition Company will specify the extent of the break out required and produce the required structural calculations to justify this. We will then attend site and mark out the areas that require breaking out and we then offer to supervise our clients staff undertaking this work to firstly ensure that the structure is constructed as per our expectations. We are also able to provide reassurance to clients that the work is being carried out to the extent intended.
In some instances Precision Demolition Company are able to undertake the pre-weakening break out either using our own company owned equipment or hired in equipment as appropriate. We would be pleased to discuss client’s requirements in this respect.
