Information that you provide by contacting us through our web site will be kept on our secure e-mail server and software on the recipients machines. These machines are all encrypted and password protected. Where possible two factor authentication is used.
You can at any time request that we delete your data and this request will be complied with as long as we have no ongoing business that would be affected by doing so.  

No data is collected or stored by our website. 

Data Breaches

If a data breach occurs we follow this procedure:

1.     Notify the affected parties as soon as possible.
2.     Fix the issue that lead to the breach.
3.     Produce a post-mortem of the incident detailing: 

·         What went wrong?
·         What we did to fix it.
·          Inform affected parties of the extent of the data exposure and the conclusion
·         How we are going to protect against something similar happening in the future.
